Security that’s intuitive, comprehensive, convenient and desirable for residents.   Our Business Development Manager, Multi-Family is responsible for generating new revenue through a consultative sales process.  You must have the ability to identify prospect pain points and articulate the Kastle value proposition and offer systems and services to meet the client’s needs. Your prospects will be Owners, Developers, Managers, and related stakeholders in the multifamily industry. Sales experience in multifamily real estate, property management and/or managed services preferred. Geographic territory in Maryland area.

To that end, the Installation Technician interacts directly with the client, client representatives, other contractors and Kastle personnel to ensure a successful installation. The Installation Technician assists the Project Manager planning, scheduling and coordinating activities within installation to ensure that Kastle system install or change orders are provided accurately and on time, and that these services meet or exceed client expectations.
