The Installation Manager manages a team of installers who are responsible for installing, servicing, repairing specific components. Schedule and oversee the installation of products. Being an Install Manager ensures adherence to contract specifications and established policies and procedures. Additionally,  The Installation Manager manages installation staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. Also ensures that projects and departmental goals are met by adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. Extensive knowledge of department processes. The Installation Manager reports to Mutual General Manager.

You will work alongside the sales team to help design security solutions, including Access Control, Video Surveillance, and Visitor Management. In this role, you regularly visit client sites and respond to security bid specifications and construction drawing requests. Additional responsibilities include using quote tools to accurately scope and price customized solutions. Ultimately, the Sales Engineer coordinates the installation of the project with Project Management/Installation teams. This is a dynamic and collaborative technical role with both design and customer facing responsibilities. You report to the Director, Sales in this position.
