    Kastle Systems’ Chief Product Officer (CPO) will work with our senior leadership team to define and execute Kastle’s product roadmap and general strategy of products for the company.  Partnering with the technology team and other executive team partners, the CPO will manage new product launches and ensure successful value capture and support.  The CPO will oversee every element of the product from conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance. 

    The CPO will also be responsible for ensuring short- and long-term revenue growth while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams.  Working closely with the CEO, the CPO will lead and execute initiatives that drive growth through improved customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross sell.  The ideal CPO is a growth enthusiast who has demonstrated success in driving innovation of cutting-edge technology products.


    • Direct product strategy including customer use cases, market research, scope, features, markets, market sizing, differentiators, and pricing
    • Direct assessment of market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products
    • Collaborate closely with CTO, technology groups, CMO, and business development teams to ensure that Company has a deep understanding of customer requirements and experience by identifying product gaps, generating new ideas that grow market share, seeking validation of product requirements and leading product development.
    • Lead campaigns bringing new products to market successfully to win targeted customers and verticals in the intended timeframe
    • Develop in-house new product rollout procedures to ensure Kastle staff (sales and support) are educated on Kastle’s offerings
    • Evaluate marketing plans to ensure that they are consistent with product line strategy and that the message is effectively conveyed
    • Scope and prioritize marketing and product management activities based on business and customer impact
    • Optimize pricing, conversion rates, revenue, and efficiency
    • Manage product expansion (geographically and brand wise)
    • Present go to market strategy based on business opportunity and future growth prospects
    • Use product/customer analytics, segmentation, and personalization to provide the best price and product for our customers, and provide key insights for driving market and revenue growth


    • Direct experience in Product Ownership, Product Management, or Business Development and Marketing
    • Expertise in modern mobile network design and architecture in the SDN and MFV era leading up to IOT and 5G era
    • Strong presentation skills to a variety of audiences including events, investors, customers, and internal and external partners
    • Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle
    • More than 10 years domain experience in the technology industry
    • Strong management and leadership skills to inspire, motivate and grow teams
    • Comfortable with highly visible, multitasking, collaborative assignments
    • Highly analytical including the ability to define opportunities, problems, and priorities
    • Innovative thinker capable of operating both in a strategic capacity and a hands-on/execution capacity
    • BS/MSEE (MBA as a plus)
