Kastle Systems’ Chief Product Officer (CPO) will work with our senior leadership team to define and execute Kastle’s product roadmap and general strategy of products for the company. Partnering with the technology team and other executive team partners, the CPO will manage new product launches and ensure successful value capture and support. The CPO will oversee every element of the product from conceptualization to its launch and post-launch performance.
The CPO will also be responsible for ensuring short- and long-term revenue growth while identifying and pursuing new revenue streams. Working closely with the CEO, the CPO will lead and execute initiatives that drive growth through improved customer acquisition, retention, upsell, and cross sell. The ideal CPO is a growth enthusiast who has demonstrated success in driving innovation of cutting-edge technology products.
